Mr. Baumeister has extensive experience representing clients in all facets of reorganization proceedings and commercial disputes, including troubled businesses, shareholders and principals, individual debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees, creditors, and financial institutions.  Mr. Baumeister has represented clients in state and federal courts in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, corporate dissolution, shareholder derivative actions, mortgage foreclosure actions, and secured transactions.  Mr. Baumeister is married with three children.
